Your main responsibility is to offer application support to our Treasury users in the Headquarters, as well as the Business Units who report into the system. This includes troubleshooting application related issues and making changes to the system configuration.
Furthermore there is a number of system monitoring tasks, including setting up a task scheduler for various data import jobs.
The system is hosted by the system vendor, and any issues must be reported directly to the vendor. Therefore there will be a number of follow-up tasks on all reported issues.
The job will include modification to workflows, user settings, reports / dashboards, job schedulers and other configurable items.
You will be responsible for resolving reported incidents. In order to succeed you will use your business understanding to prioritize critical cases, pull on all relevant sources of information and utilize your technical skills to provide best in class solutions.
We envision that you have an academic degree in economics or finance with an IT component, as well as 2-3 years of experience from a treasury or an international investment bank. You must have or express a clear interest in understanding the treasury processes in Front, Middle and Back Office. You are familiar with the finance terminology (e.g. knowledge of financial instruments) and are able to translate that to application related issues while troubleshooting.
It is a significant advantage if you demonstrate functional knowledge of a complex treasury system. Knowledge of similar complex systems within accounting or finance can equally give merit.
You possess good working knowledge of any report development tool using parameterized reports, including reports with complex formulas, some programming and data modelling.
You are a highly motivated, service minded individual, not easily thrown off balance by a challenge or a change in priorities. You enjoy root cause analysis and identifying solutions in co-operation with your key stakeholders. You are fluent in English and preferably Danish as well.
