We are looking for a talented and motivated Senior Analyst to join our Maersk Line Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team and offer an excellent opportunity to be part of setting the future direction for Maersk Liner Business (MLB).
FP&A is the focal point in MLB for performance management, management reporting, external reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and finance related business support that ensure decisions are considered from a cost, revenue, strategic and commercial perspective.

The responsibility of the team is to provide financial insight including performance management and transparency that supports the decision making in the finance and strategy organization. Main deliverables amongst other include execution of HQ financial planning activities including performance management, reporting and forecasting, and related analyses and sparring. The team will also play an active role in acquisition integration.
The primary objective for the position is to drive relevant data-driven analysis to support strategy and decision-making including investment planning and long term financial planning. Another key objective of this position is to support acquisition integration from a management report perspective.
The role will also handle ad hoc analyses requested by senior management and project work around financial analysis where it is crucial to proactively identify the core business needs and facilitate effective teamwork across functions to ensure delivery.
The ideal candidate holds a Master degree in Finance or Economics (Cand.Merc, Cand.Oecon, Cand.Polit, CFA, or equivalent). Ideally you hold 7+ years of work experience from positions within finance, management reporting, financial planning and analysis, performance management, management and/or strategy consultancy, business development, or equivalent.
