a direct reporting line to the Vice President of HR Corporate Functions and Global Services, we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who will be delivering best

practice HR Business Partnering and business-focused HR solutions to meet the requirements of the busines

s. You will be a member of the Corporate Functions and Global Services’ dedicated

HR Partner team

and will ensure deliverance of


services in close cooperation with the



teams and the

rest of the HR community within Danfoss. Location depends on where we find the talent. Global mind-set, change management and organisational development    As our HR Business Partner, your overall mission will be to develop, manage and coordinate a variety of human resource-related activities globally, aligned with standard and local policies,

and act in liaison with managers in relation to organisational matters and employees. It is a key success criterion that you understand the main responsibilities and tasks they are dealing with.

Other key tasks will be:

  • Initiate and manage business strategy-driven organisational development
  • Lead change management initiatives

    ensuring successful communication and implementation
  • Drive the implementation of key HR processes, e.g. performance management
  • Provide guidance on a variety of HR practices, e.g. recruitment, identification of strategic competences and organisational design
  • Develop

    , coach and support

    excellent leadership

Business acumen and change management experienceSubstantial HR


experience from a similar position within a

global matrix – preferably industrial –

environment is key.

You have solid global experience working with and in many different cultures and an excellent understanding of organisational changes: values, needs – and you can transform this into business focus.

You have headed different initiatives within organisational design, change management and management coaching, and you have a deep understanding of human resources in a global business context. You love to travel and be present where needed, and
