Development based on business requirementsWith reference to, the manager of CRM Delivery, your main focus will be help develop solutions in Salesforce to support the different business units in all of Danfoss’ segments. You will define solutions in order to address requirements and further recognise improvement opportunities in the business process. Other key responsibilities will be to:
Practical experience and good communication skillsYou may have a relevant theoretical background, but most essential, is that you have experience and understanding of Salesforce in regards to configurations, development and support. You have the ability to perform the activities of gathering requirements from users, solution design, solution development, and test plan definition in response to business requirements. You also have the ability to provide user support as required in support of a global multi discipline environment. You possess strong interpersonal communication and report writing skills, which enable you to build and develop strong relationships, and to communicate your results in a clear and concise manner. You adapt and share your knowledge and best practice. You possess the necessary drive in combination with a strong, fact-based approach to your tasks and the ability to perform in a changing and international working environment. Finally yet importantly, you are proficient in English, both in writing and in speech. Danish language is not required.
