As Student Assistant in Transport & Logistics Sustainability, you will be responsible for tasks across the following main categories:
1) Providing support on commercial activation of sustainability with data submissions for customer requests, sustainability platforms & multi-stakeholder initiatives (e.g. Ecovadis, Carbon Disclosure Project, Clean Cargo Working Group, BICEPS, etc.).
2) Supporting on customer partnership development, sustainability integration and governance, coordinating working group activities, taking minutes, doing background research and preparing presentation materials.
3) Administrative student tasks, including stocking up paper and reports, printing, updating manuals, contact lists and intranet, preparing introductions for new colleagues, etc.
4) Individual projects. When time allows and depending on your individual capabilities you could be assigned projects for which you carry own responsibility.
The starting date for the position is 1 June 2017.
We are looking for a Student Assistant who is well oriented and engaged on the corporate sustainability agenda. Minimum requirements are:
Experience from extracurricular/voluntary activities will be regarded as an asset.
As a person, you are outgoing and service minded with attention to detail and ability to think ahead. You have good analytical and research abilities and a keen interest in seeking out ways to improve and optimize processes and performance. You are also highly reliable with a flexible approach to whatever work you undertake, have the ability to take the initiative, to prioritise and to organise your workload. Furthermore, a positive and open mindset in combination with a sense of humour is essential.
You are fluent in English (speaking and writing) whereas Danish is not a prerequisite.
