Digitalisation of Admin Processes (DAP)Working with the latest technology and processes, your mission will be to automate administrative processes together with the DAP team in Global Services by using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software, Lean tools and all your project management skills. You will be part of building up the DAP Centre of Excellence.
Your areas of responsibility will include to:
Passion for digitalisation and optimisation of administrative processes
We expect you to hold a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent. Some years of experience in optimising administrative process by the use of Lean and other optimisation tools and a general understanding of administrative processes are also required. Moreover, it will be considered an advantage if you have experience in project, facilitation, stakeholder and change management. You are an experienced user of the MS Office package and preferably also have SAP experience.You are passionate about optimising administrative processes, enthusiastic about digitalisation, and you enjoy managing project deliverables as well as being hands-on and completing tasks yourself. Your structural mind-set enables you to manage and successfully execute several process automation projects at the same time. Furthermore, you have a strong drive and a positive attitude which enables you to engage the project team and stakeholders. Last but not least, you need to be a skilled communicator and master English both verbally and in writing. The position is located in Nordborg, Denmark, or Chennai, India, and requires approx. 10-20 travel days per year.If you are located in Chennai, you should expect an onboarding period of up to 1 year in Nordborg, Denmark.
