Key Responsibilities

As our new Dry-dockings Project Manager your main responsibilities will be:

  • Drive the dry-docking process into higher efficiency and cost-down challenging of all traditional docking scopes and frequencies;


  • Drive and implement standardization of the dry docking process across the organisation in line with industry wide best practices including alignment of dry dock specifications;


  • Ensure that all dockings/projects are delivered safely, timely and within approved budget;


  • Deliver turn-key docking projects to operations;


  • Optimal planning of dockings in conjunction with the Vessel Superintendents and other stakeholders to guarantee dock availability.

Some travel activity is expected for this position.

Who we are looking for

Proven track record of success skills within Project Management or as a Lead Engineer in a shipyard or a ship management role.

The job holder must be in possession of excellent technical, interpersonal, management and team working skills.

You hold an extensive and relevant work experience in marine, offshore or oil&gas related industries.

Proficient in written and spoken English language with good knowledge of offshore industry related terminology.

Take-the-lead attitude and be a clear and effective communicator with ability to communicate on all levels.
