As a presales consultant, you are one of the first points of contact with prospective customers.
Using your technical knowledge of the product and strong communications skills, you will assess customers’ needs and prepare presentations that demonstrate how Talentsoft can help their organization thrive.
Your work will help customers see how much they stand to gain by using Talentsoft while also ensuring the sales team is fully aware of how it can best manage the sales cycle and bring deals to a close.
To succeed in this position, you will need to be a motivated self-starter who takes his/her own initiative in making things happen and can think outside the box.
Communication skills are key as you will be spending time interacting with and learning from prospects, giving presentations, and sharing information and feedback with your colleagues in the sales, product, and marketing teams.
Since you will be dealing with a wide variety of prospective customers, you will also need to be creative and flexible enough to adapt your approach based on the size, scope, and nature of the organizations you present to.
