Are you motivated by international marketing activities, and would you like to accelerate sales growth by developing and executing branding & marketing campaigns founded in a thorough understanding of customer needs? Then you might be the new Senior Marketing Project Manager we are looking for.

The job is located in either Copenhagen, Graasten or Aarhus, Denmark, or Vantaa, Finland, and requires up to 20 travelling days per year.Develop and drive marketing concepts, activities and events with customer focusAs Senior Marketing Project Manager, your main focus will be on project execution of marketing campaigns, including events and product launches.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Project execution of global events like Danfoss Drives customer conference
  • Project management of marketing campaigns, including – but not limited to – product launches/updates and industry campaigns (in all channels and media)
  • Provide consultancy and support to regional and local exhibitions and events
  • Conceptualise market communication campaigns with the Concept Marketing Manager and other internal stakeholders as well as external agencies etc. based on customer journeys and data analyses of marketing KPIs
  • Participate in launch teams and manage all marketing communication activities in relation to projects
  • Support Danfoss Drives strategy, and Regional Marketing/Sales with relevant market communication materials
  • Ensure the quality of marketing communication projects, materials and processes

Strong marketing project manager with event and concept development experience You have a relevant educational background at Master’s level in marketing or equivalent, and you have experience with managing B2B marketing events and campaigns, preferably from a similar role in an international company. Alternatively, you have agency experience. You have a proven track record with project management, and you are able to manage the delivery of a project, including stakeholder management and project plans. You possess excellent organising and time management skills with the ability to execute projects from beginning to end within tight deadlines and without any sacrifice of quality or user experience. Regarding your personal skills, you possess a strong quality mind-set and have the ability to motivate, inspire, and influence others by your positive and proactive approach. You enjoy working across functions in an international environment, and your excellent interpersonal and communication skills enable you to coordinate with and involve multiple stakeholders across the organisation. Last but not least, you have strong and effective written, verbal and presentation skills in English.
