Quality Manager - Quality Compliance, External Supply Europe Quality (ESE/QU)

As Quality Manager your main responsibilities will be:

  • Maintenance, monitoring and improvement of the existing Quality Management System
  • Performance of the Quality Approval of artworks in an electronic system
  • Initiate, assess and coordinate product complaints from the market
  • Retrieve performance indicators and status updates of quality relevant processes from an electronic system
  • Identify areas of non-compliance and propose appropriate corrections
  • Readiness for authority inspections and customer audits
  • Provide support to the Quality organization as needed

Professional profile education and experience

  • Master Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry or similar
  • Experience in pharmaceutical quality matters
  • Good knowledge of GMP regulations
  • Good knowledge in Danish and English language
  • Solid knowledge in Microsoft Office software
  • Experience or interest in use of electronic tracking systems and databases
  • Fast understanding of quality questions in different supply chain scenarios
  • Experience in Quality Assurance with special regard to work under shared responsibilities with 3rd parties would be advantageous
  • Minimum years of experience: 5 years

  • Reliable

Additional information:

The position is deputy for maternity leave and is currently limited for the period 01. April 2017 - 31. December 2017. Applications will be reviewed and potential candidates interviewed ongoing.
