Are you passionate and experienced in developing creative marketing campaigns and bringing new ideas, concepts and stories to life? Then you could be our new Concept Marketing Manager in the Danfoss Drives segment.

We are a leading player in the development of technologies of today and tomorrow within the AC drives industry. You will be part of a strong marketing team located across multiple global locations. The position is located in Copenhagen, Gråsten or Aarhus in Denmark or Vantaa in Finland and entails up to 20 travelling days per year. Industry leading marketing campaigns founded in understanding of customer needsYou will be a key player in accelerating sales growth by concepting and creating industry leading marketing campaigns founded in thorough understanding of customer needs. With a strong marketing storyline, you will create value across touchpoints with content that allows us to connect emotionally with existing and potential customers. You bring new ideas to life and challenge the ordinary, which enables us to develop best in class marketing activities (e.g. industry campaigns) in collaboration with colleagues and external agencies.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Conceptualize and storyline campaigns across touch points to address business needs and reach target audience to retain a strong brand in the market place
  • Facilitate creative processes in close cooperation with the remaining Concepts & Content team and other internal and external stakeholders
  • Create clear-cut project briefings and cooperate with internal stakeholders and agencies
  • Collaborate with other team members to evaluate campaigns efficacy and determine implications for future messaging
  • Develop and conceptualize new marketing initiatives 

Conceptual mind with concept development and idea generation experience

You have a relevant educational background and  ideally hold +5 experience from a similar position – preferably you have agency experience. You have a clear-cut conceptual mindset and you can prove results from concept development and idea generation. We expect you to have a digital first mind-set and a personal interest in staying up to date with the latest marketing trends. You have strong creative skills and aesthetic understanding, and moreover, you have a global editorial mind-set that seeks to understand what audiences consume. You are at ease communicating with a wide range of stakeholders globally and your communication, presentation and persuasion skills in both written and spoken English are excellent. You enjoy working on strategic and tactical level. Finally, we expect you are experienced in working with Adobe programs, and preferable also Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
