The job will be based in Copenhagen and be part of our operations group, in Maersk Line IT

Key Responsibilities

• Gathers the functional requirements for application and interface development/enhancement

• Carries out business process mapping, business process reengineering and business process analysis wherever needed

• Coordinates and priorities solution delivery with key internal and external Stakeholders

• Coordinate and communicate requirements towards software vendor and engaging in the strategic partnership to improve the off the shelf system

• Continuously improve the requirement development process together with business stakeholders and software vendor

• Manages and mitigates risk due to changes

• Reviewing and approving UAT scenarios and training materials

• Reviewing testing approach and materials to ensure business requirements are met

• Delivering training on new processes and solutions for the business

• Excellent Written and Verbal skills with people at all levels across the organisation in English

• Focused on quality

Business Skills:

• 3 to 5 years’ experience preferably from a Software Development company

• Knowledge of technical systems will be an advantage – ideally (but not a requirement) knowledge about ship performance

• Experienced in SW application development processes

• Experienced in writing user stories

• Excellent communications skills - Ensure high level of communication with key stakeholders and internal team members

• Collaboration skills

• Ability to multi-task at a high level

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of IT systems

• PRINCE2 Foundation certificate would be a benefit
