The HR Readiness Team in Maersk Drilling is looking for a dedicated and professional Student Assistant to provide administrative HR support to our organization.

The team provides project and administrative support and advice to both our onshore and offshore organization.

Being part of the team you will gain insight to the drilling industry and Maersk Drilling´s HR department.

Key Responsibilities

•Produce monthly and weekly PowerPoint reports to the HR Leadership Team on ongoing projects, tender activity, etc.

•Pull data from SAP and export as clear and structured reports in Excel; has proactive approach in improving reporting methods

•Support with market survey activities, such as establishing local content requirements, crew availability, salary benchmarks, Union agreements etc.

•Support optimization of communication and documentation projects

•Act on behalf of the HR Readiness Team and engage with various stakeholders in the organisation e.g. in tender meetings

•Implement SharePoint Team site and drive a more collaborative site

•Support HR Readiness team with various ad-hoc administrative tasks

Who we are looking for

You must currently be enrolled in a university level program.

This position is ideal for a student with a keen interest in HR administrative tasks, communication and project support.

You are independent, proactive and not afraid of seeking information and exploring new ways, along with thriving with operational tasks. You can think logically and have a good sense of structuring your time and work.

Candidates with SharePoint and SAP HR experience will be seen as favorable.

English in writing and speaking is a prerequisite.

Flexible and can work 15-20 hours a week.

Furthermore, you must hold a valid Danish residence permit.
