The Global People Support (GPS) Team in Maersk Drilling is looking for a dedicated and professional Student Assistant to provide administrative HR support to our organization.
The team provides project and administrative support and advice to both our onshore and offshore organization.

•Support our Global HR Services (GHRS) team with administration of various personnel data in our HR system (SAP HR), update the APMM calendar for anniversaries, clean-up projects and data checks, send out recurring reports e.g. for consultants and work permits and create a monthly overview of the email categories
•Support our Manning section with various ad-hoc administrative tasks, such as personnel movements, pulling CVs and storing of documents
•Support our Training section with update of training matrices, update and upload of training certificates and various ad-hoc tasks
•Implement SharePoint Team site and drive a more collaborative site
You must currently be enrolled in a university level program.
The position is ideal for a student with a keen interest in HR administrative tasks, communication and project support.
You are independent, proactive and not afraid of seeking information and exploring new ways, along with thriving with operational tasks. You can think logically and have a good sense of structuring your time and work.
Candidates with SharePoint and SAP HR experience will be seen as favorable.
English in writing and speaking is a prerequisite.
Flexible and can work 15-20 hours a week.
Furthermore, you must hold a valid Danish residence permit.
