The position offers an exciting opportunity to work with Maersk Tankers that is currently delivering excellent results, both financially and with regards to our safety.

In this position, you will have an opportunity to acquire skills and knowledge in the following areas:

• Setting direction for functional processes and projects
• Support and control of many stakeholders located globally
• Efficient ways of structuring and optimizing an extremely complex operation
• Exposure to and application of learnings from improvement projects as part of Cost Leadership program

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all communications related to Project
• Assist with driving change management
• Plan and coordinate trainings
• Ensure documentation for the project
• Track progress against the plan
• Monitor cost, timescales and resources used, and recommend action where these deviate from agreed tolerances
• Coordinate activities, resources, equipment, and information
• Coordinate project phases and scheduling
• Provide technical support and issue management
• Establish effective communications with stakeholder
• May have leadership responsibility for a small project team
• May be responsible for delivery of project plan, scope, cost, work schedule, design and build as well as contractual deliverables
• May carry out detailed requirements analysis and sizing of project team
• May manage project resources including subcontractors
• May be responsible for ensuring delivery to the project plan and budget

• Good communication skills
• Change management skills
• Some prior project management experience (preferably)
