Support to Control Division’s growth strategy and ambition to be best in the industryReporting to the Vice President Global Operations, CT, you will be part of the Global Operations leadership team with managers from all our factories. You will work with BU/plant supply chain and Procurement to develop and execute supply chain management strategy to support our business growth objectives in terms of sales, profit and net working capital, taking into account the full supply chain from sourcing to customers.

Leading the “Supply chain of tomorrow” project to successInitially, you will spend a large amount of time on our “Supply chain of tomorrow” project, and it will be your job to increase and further develop an organisation that is already industry leading. You will enter a healthy business with a global structure, and you will be given the opportunity to leave your personal mark on an exciting business. Your success will be measured by your ability to ensure customer satisfaction internally and externally, and also on your employees’ job satisfaction and development. Furthermore, you will be challenged on your ability to provide forecast accuracy, control supply chain costs and drive an improvement in on-time delivery performance. Supply chain management and development expertiseYou hold a relevant degree at Bachelor’s level as a minimum, supplemented by supply chain management education. Due to several years’ experience, you have expertise in MRP systems and lean management tools, and you master the MS Office tools. You know how to implement change management, and you have solid cross-cultural and global experience. You are able to use your extensive experience from leadership not only to maintain and develop your own organisation, but also to influence and leave your footprint throughout our factories globally. To do this, you need personal stamina, charisma and determination developed and refined from working with change management in a matrix organisation. You are driven by performance and results, and you succeed in this by empowering the people around you. Finally, you are fluent in English and Danish verbally as well as in writing, and you are comfortable with a large amount of travelling.
